My name is Eric Andrew Marshall, and although I was born in Oakland, California, I grew up in Lexington, Massachusetts since the age of 3.
Graduating from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2016 with a Major in Philosophy and a Minor in Psychology, I was inspired to begin my journey into the field of law after working for a few law firms before entering law school in 2020. After graduating from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego with honors, I passed the California State Bar Exam on my first try and officially became an attorney in December of 2023.
Having worked for a variety of law firms over the years, I've gained experience in disability, employment, intellectual property, and family law, but most of all have dealt with personal injury and estate planning law. While working at the Legal Aid Society as a staff attorney, I handled many eviction defense cases until I decided to open my own firm.
In March of 2024, The Law Office of Eric A. Marshall was officially established. Specializing in personal injury, social security disability, and eviction defense, I aim to make a positive impact on the world in a field of work I love, advocating for people in need of legal support and helping them receive what they deserve.
I spend my free time reading, writing, and playing board games and video games with my friends. I've also recently found passion and skill in brewing my own beer.
